Hampton Inn Pawtucket

Stayed here one night (Feb 26th-27th) and will never stay here again. Upon arrival I simply asked the front desk (older man with whitish hair) where the elevator was and without even looking at me he asked “to what floor” I told him 2nd then he goes (still without looking up from his phone) “ok what room?”… So I told him the room number and he pointed to the direction of the elevator. Gee thanks. Didn’t look up at me once to speak to me and he made me feel like I was bothering him for asking a question. I was going to go back down to get some snacks and a couple waters but didn’t even want to do that because of the previous interaction and unwelcoming experience. Positive: The beds were really comfortable. The A/C had a setting where the fan was continually on?nice white noise Negative: The hotel was under construction. BOTH nights I stayed, the dumpsters were emptied at 4:30 am.

Had a very good experience throughout my stay here. The room was very clean and there was sufficient space. Bathroom was also very clean and water pressure when showering was sufficient. Free breakfast was offered from 6 am until 10 am which was very much appreciated. A huge variety to choose from 😋 The staff was kind and attentive. Overall, a hotel that truly deserves a 5/5 rating.

Having read a couple of the recent negative reviews about this place I was a little concerned as to what I might find when I checked in for a six night stay. However, may fears quickly disappeared with a very friendly receptionist (Kiki?) who got me a 5th floor room. ||The room itself (in this case 517) was clean and comfortable and kept that way by excellent housekeeping staff. Never ran out of toiletries or tissues.||Quietness for sleeping was very good with no disturbance on any night. Maybe the silent night notices are doing their job!||The room did have an idiosyncracy which made me smile an ironic smile. I am so glad i ignored the reviews. The room was great and was easily upgraded for us due to a slight issue. Stacy and Irwin were both extremely nice and caring and went above and behind to help me and my boyfriends stay be as memorable as possible. Genuinely the nicest and most helpful staff. The room was clean and quiet. No issues at all!!!!
