Customer Reviews
Quality, clean, recently renovated, large room. Fridge and microwave in every room. Very friendly and helpful front desk folks. Good hot breakfast. Large sized gym with a better assortment of equipment than most hotels of this size. Priced right. Overall very pleased with the experience for the 5 nights I just stayed there. The only minor negative was that the TV was a glitchy on occasion - it was a very minor issue. Thank you, Hampton Inn Old Bridge team!
This hotel is wonderful! The staff is warm and friendly, and the rooms are clean. They provide an indoor pool area (which is mostly deserted in the winter to just sit by the pool in a lounge chair), a small gymnasium with workout equipment, and a lounge area/dining area that serves hot breakfast every morning, 7 am till 10 am. A lot of the food is Kosher, although probably not up to the standards of Chasidim. The pancake batter is Koff-Kay, the highest hesher standard, and you cook your own waffles in a clean waffle iron yourself, so for most Jews, yes it is Kosher! For most people, they serve fresh scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, tatter tot potatoes, and sausage (the last I do not touch, but a lot of people say it's great! They also serve Kosher cereal, and a variety of breads tha
My family and I had a very disappointing experience during our visit. The front desk staff member, Linda, was extremely unprofessional. She was cold, dismissive, and never welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was constantly on her phone instead of doing her job, which made the whole interaction feel even more disrespectful. She even acted irritated toward our dog, giving us nasty looks the entire time. When we tried to extend our stay, Linda refused because of our service animal and made statements that felt completely unfair and untrue to us. It felt like she was looking for reasons to push us out rather than help us. If you care about your dog, cat, or any animal at all, I suggest not stepping foot in here. The way we were treated — and especially the way our service animal was lo
I was hesitant to book but was pleasantly surprised. We had a great stay. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. We had a 2 queen bedroom. There was enough space. The sink drained slow but that was really the only bad thing.
My experience here was extremely disappointing, and most of that came from the front desk lady, Linda. In my opinion, she was extremely rude and nasty from the moment we walked in. Instead of greeting us, she acted irritated that we were even there. Her tone was unprofessional, and her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable. What made things even worse was that she wasn’t doing her job at all. She spent most of the time on her phone, barely looked up, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting anyone. When we did ask for help, she responded with attitude instead of basic customer service. I’ve never dealt with someone at a front desk who seemed so uninterested in working or being respectful. Because of her behavior, I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I
