Hampton Inn Mustang

We arrived at the Hampton Inn on 02-14-26 - 02-16-26, at Mustang, Oklahoma. We were there to attend a memorial service for my late brother-in-law. As we entered and approached the front desk we were greeted by Ms. Kaitlin, a very sweet, nice smile and very welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable. We asked what time the swimming pool was opening, but were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. The appearance of the outside/inside of the hotel were very clean, nest in appearance and well organized. We moseyed on up to our room located on the second floor Rm 201, my brother and his wife in Tm 205. I stay with this Property primarily because of the Exceptional Service and Attentiveness GM Jennifer has shown me over the years and this includes her Staff, as she sets the standard in her GM role. During this recent visit, Brianna went out of her way to acknowledge my Status upon check-in and to honor my Requests. Whenever I have OKC work, I always make the decision to stay in Mustang w Jennifer's property: Mustang is quiet and convenient for commuting. The Property itself is newer w comfortable bedding, nice Fitness Center, and well-maintained pool area. Guest Laundry on-site. Walmart and restaurants are very nearby. I always have a good stay here and I look forward to staying w this Property in the Future.

Positive: Very clean! Negative: In the coffee maker in the room, the coffee filter holder did not fit correctly. This resulted in coffee spilling out onto the counter.

Had a LOVELY time at this establishment! Staff was super friendly, Continental breakfast was you know…continental breakfast. I liked their toaster. The bed was squeaky so..no fun. But it was comfy. Shower head sucked and the shower is really only good for one person, otherwise water gets everywhere..just need a longer shower curtain really. The carpet was cool.

let’s start off by everything that was good about the hotel - the staff, they were amazing & helpful! they were able to move us rooms so we wouldn’t be above anyone due to having littles, we really appreciated that. the location of the hotel is right by everything (example, food places, stores, gas stations etc). the amenities - we only used the pool. which was clean & nice! the rooms- were clean, the showers/bathtubs were clean and the pressure & temperature were good! they did have a funky smell, not sure if it’s due to what they wash the bedding in or clean with, but, the smell did eventually fade away. the breakfast - had good choices & it was yummy! now, let’s talk noise - you can hear absolutely everything. your upstairs hotel room neighbor walking, taking showers, bathing, etc. that
