My honey and I had our anniversary here and it was just so wonderful! ❤️ huge walk in shower !! Front desk is so welcoming with all the decorations ! Everyone was so nice! The lady at the front desk with the gorgeous curly hair really goes above and beyond! Loved her! Free breakfast! Lovely pool! Bed was comfy too!

Hotel needs renovated, the staff needs retrained, especially the breakfast attendant, I'm a team member at a different location, this place is dirty, the floors knee cleaned steamed, there's dust above the bed room, 152 had a beeping noise couldn't sleep at all. I had 2 rooms, my sister had a hard time sleeping. The morning staff, all morning front desk lady. She needs retrain, she did not ask. How was my stay when I checked out? I should have asked for a manager and got my refund and yeah, there. There was no reason to tip the housekeeping. The floors were disgusting dust everywhere. Drove 4 hours for the pool to be closed. No reason for the pool to be closed, I can see if you were doing renovations, but they're not doing renovations, they're in need of renovations. The roof the ceiling

Location is great… the facility is in dire need of remodel… all the carpets are old and worn out. The most disturbing part of our stay was the dirty beds. The sheets had dirty spots on them so we pulled them back to find filthy mattresses with what appeared to be pee stains dog fur or hair and other debris. The fact that house keeping can take sheets off of these beds put new sheets on and allow people to sleep on them is extremely disturbing. Always make sure to pull sheets off a hotel bed before you get settled into a room. I lt will tell you everything you need to know about the place you are staying

Positive: It's clean and convenient to many restaurants and businesses. Negative: The road going in is awful. You hit potholes trying to avoid other potholes. The hotel has an odd smell - maybe its cleaning products. It's both downstairs and in the room.

Pretty good. I stay here twice a year to visit family. The hotel is located right next to a strip mall and a few restaurants (Perkins is very close, within a five minute walk). The road leading to the hotel is narrow with many potholes; however, I do not blame the hotel because as far as I heard, it was a matter of a property dispute with the carwash and Farm Plus. There is an alternate way to get in near the Best Western, as far as I remember. There is an odor as you walk into the hotel lobby. The hotel is normally on the colder side. The pool is an okay temperature, but still on the colder side. In the room I stayed in, the television volume did not go lower than 13. The mini refrigerator became noisy and annoying at night.
