Hampton Inn Jackson

We recently went on a church trip to Sunflower, AL, and we’ve discovered that The Hampton in nearby Jackson is the best place to stay. From the moment I reached out to the hotel to book our group, Porsha was incredibly helpful, fantastic, and exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Since the hotel’s conference room was closed for renovations, Porsha arranged for us to have a group dinner in a different space. She even offered to help us on her day off if we needed anything. She always responded quickly and professionally to any messages. She made our trip a success, and I can’t say enough good things about her. My only wish is that I had the chance to meet her and personally thank her for everything.

5-Star Review – Hampton Inn Jackson, AL Fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Loved the complimentary breakfast — hot egg omelet, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and great coffee. The gym was surprisingly excellent: clean, spacious, with modern cardio equipment, kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells up to 75 lbs. Best of all was the staff — every employee was genuinely friendly and helpful! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

Recently made use of the Conference Room at the Hampton Inn Jackson for two days. This location is one of the best Hampton Inn's that I have been in. From the facilities layout and cleanliness to the entire Hotel staff it couldn't have been any better. The staff were among the friendliness I have ever had dealings with. A+++++
