Hampton Inn Haverhill

We were visiting from Florida and a friend recommended this place and I’m glad I decided to select this place. It exceeded my expectations, staff was friendly, check in was easy, the hotel was in a safe location, the room was comfortable very clean and the bed and pillows did it for me. Best 2 day sleep in a very long time. If I ever come back to this area this will definitely be the place for me.

Valery Edmrie was so pleasant and helpful. I checked in and felt so comfortable. They are so lucky to have her at the front desk .

Positive: Convience where we needed to be Negative: Assigned a room, turned on the ac unit and it sparked... Moved to another room and had to go back to desk as key wouldn't open door. Elevator needs some work it sounds like it is going to break.

My wife and I came up from Long Island to help her brother move in to an assisted living facility. We travel a lot and we always stay at Hampton Inns. This was our first time staying in Haverhill, MA. Our room was fine. The free breakfasts were good as well. We don't eat beef or pork and on our first morning there were only western omelets; everything else was fine that morning. The next two breakfast had eggs without meat and the omelets/scrambled eggs were very good. I have noted in the past about the coffee which used to be a bit bitter but I have found the coffee to be much better this year during our 20 plus stays this year. All in all our stay was comfortable and convenient for our needs!

Stayed here last year. Loved it just as much this year. Was happy to see most of the awesome staff still here. Edmarie @ the front desk is an absolute angel & Godsend when it comes to accommodating guests. Soraya is awesome as well. Rafi & Roe are very nice also. Housekeeping are all so sweet. Mom is elderly & disabled & all the staff make sure she is well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again.
