Hampton Inn Gardner Conference Center

I can't recommend this hotel because of the noise that meant I didn't get much sleep there at all. The door that connects the adjoining rooms lets in every noise possible, so I spent all evening hearing the guy next door talking on his phone, plus what he was watching on TV. Plus, you hear every cough and sneeze. I can usually sleep very well in any hotel room, but this wasn't one of those. Plus, there is a lot of highway noise. ||If you'll be staying here, I would see if they have rooms without the door to an adjoining room, and also see if you can stay on the side of the building that's away from the highway.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are updated, very clean, and comfortable. I wish there were bathtubs in the rooms, but that's just a personal preference. The options for television viewing are impressive. The staff is quite polite, and there's a little convenience store in the lobby. They have lengthy breakfast hours, which is nice, and the deposit for incidentals is very reasonable.

Our first visit! The environment was quiet and also busy. The check in team was fast and friendly! The rooms were clean and quiet. We did stay on the side of the hotel that was over the parking lot not the side facing the highway. Not sure if that made the room more quiet or not but it is something to consider when selecting a room. We will absolutely keep this Hampton Inn on our list of hotels to stay at again and recommend to friends.

I always try & stay at Hampton hotels when I'm traveling... And this Hampton has one of the best hot breakfasts that I've eaten while staying at any Hampton Inn over the years... And the young man ( Jillael ) working at the counter was very helpful... So special thanks to him for being very courteous & accommodating..

We booked 4 rooms and only 3 were ready by check-in at 3:00pm. We made due, but we had to be at an event and needed to leave by 4pm. We had to keep checking back at the front desk for the final room even though we asked if they could text us when it was ready. We finally got the room and headed off to our event. My daughter was in the room for a total of 40 minutes before we left and she returned at 10:30pm. She checked out the next morning at 8:30am. I had a charge of $250 for DAMAGE on that room. She is a grown woman who merely slept in the room and did not damage anything!! I can only assume that the room was not thoroughly checked after the previous guest since the room wasn't ready and they were hurrying to clean it. They would not refund my charge even though I contacted them immedia
