Hampton Inn Eden

Had to come and stay here for a night tell me why the room felt like a walk in freezer?! Someone left the air on high to the point that the room was 61 degrees when it was 30 and windy outside. We also turned the heat on and it wouldn’t get any warm the heater was blowing hot and cold air and was very loud to the point it was shaking the pictures on the wall. We got no sleep at all and it wasn’t a great experience with a newborn baby. We stayed in room 219. Something needs to be done. The picture is when I turned the heat up to 90 and it only got to 65 degrees after an hour.

Very clean and pleasant staff. They were very considerate of our needs and helpful when we needed information. Breakfast was great too!

Recently renovated rooms, old tables showed much wear. The rooms need to be brightened up. They have scaled way down on the complimentary breakfast items. The pool did not look clean.

Positive: Easy access to eating places and gas stations Negative: Incidental fee was not mentioned upfront when I made reservations. Desk staff were efficient but not friendly.

This is a Wyndham hotel and I just wanted to share my experience with the Wyndham hotel right down the street from this hotel. I made a reservation at 10:50 I went up to the window at 10:55 I told (ron) the guy I was very cold out here can I come inside he said well the lobby is all locked up we're in the middle of shift change the reservation is not come through yet you will have to wait until after shift change. Yes this is the kind of customer service that you can expect at Baymont by Wyndham in Eden. The owner should be aware that the employees put their convenience and their shift change and not the customers of head of their own inconvenience. It is absolutely unheard of not to take care of a customer and make them wait outside in the cold This is the state of customer service in the
