THIS REVIEW IS AIMED FOR GUESTS LOOKING FOR THE PARK AND STAY OPTION We stayed at this Hampton Inn for ONE reason: the PARK AND STAY option due to a very early Thanksgiving-week flight. The hotel room itself was fine. Nothing special, but not the issue. The issue is the parking, security, and management response. We parked our truck directly under a light and a visible camera. I specifically asked the front desk agent that night if the camera was working and was told YES. Two days after we left, I received alerts that my vehicle had been broken into. The hotel NEVER contacted me. When I called, I was told I was one of FIVE vehicles broken into overnight. This conversation took place around 10:00 AM local time. Staff excellent ! Rooms spotless ! Bed comfy ! They have a shuttle and we suggest to take an early one giving yourself two hours or more as the airport is terrible with signs and one will have long walks very long walks. |We had the 5:15 am shuttle which filled up. The Hampton had fresh coffee some fruit and muffins !! Thank you Hampton for having this long before your 6am start of breakfast.|We would be remiss if we failed to mention the diner next store. Large portions great price ! |This Hampton deserves 5 stars

There are lots of dust in front of their air conditioner in my room. I turned off right away because I have allergies for dust. It was outdated but their bed was still very comfortable.

The stay was fine. Rooms were nice, people were nice. Only 10 mins from airport but Shuttle to airport only runs every 45 minutes. Eventhough the grab and go breakfast was just an apple and a store bought plain bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese - it was better than nothing. It's offered if you are leaving early (i think before 6:30).

I called to cancel because of a flight cancellation. I spoke to an employee who said they provide refunds for these kinds of situations. I called again to cancel and the front desk associate charged me anyways. I called back and the next person was worse, he cut me off when I asked for a receipt for the refund and was very short and rude with me. I was trying to be as kind and patient as possible, so his attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. Luckily, when I called back and got the manager, he was very kind. He even saw that the refund was not applied, so the previous employee straight up lied about giving it to me. The manager did give me my receipt and I got my money back. However, the rude employees I had to jump through to finally get it are what made me want to leave a bad review. I
