Hampton Inn Caryville-I-75/Cove Lake-State Park

The hotel has beautiful views. The employees are super nice. The breakfast was good. The double room was really small. I had to turn sideways to walk by the bed. The room was loud and you could see outside in the hallway from the room. I also do not like a hotel room that doesnt have a real bathroom door. It only has a sliding door. The bed was comfy and the hvac worked well.

Made an unplanned stop here and loved it. Right next to a state park. The view from my room (with patio) and from chairs/table in the parking lot where I enjoyed my breakfast was what I was hoping for traveling in this area in the fall. The trees, mountains, and lake were a great bonus to this stay. Room was nice, clean, no offensive smells. Staff polite and helpful. Got some new birds in my Merlin app!

Positive: Delicious breakfast with strawberry waffles. Beautiful view of Cove Lake. Love the ski lift swings. Yummy cookies in the evening. Interesting local history. This Hampton has so much personality. Negative: The sliding door into the bathroom doesn't lock, and it hits anything plugged into the outlet when it opens.

What a great view of the lake. They have swings to sit on and enjoy the view. First floor has a ramp for hadicap accessible rooms. Travis was great on check in. Also our TV wasn't working correctly and he came right away and fixes it. Room has a small balcony to the outside. Room is a good size and so is the bathroom. Plenty of space to move around.

We were so happy with this Hampton Inn. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice. The rooms were the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Our housekeeper was Janet I believe, and she was awesome. She was so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great, it actually had flavor. We were very impressed. In the evening they provided fresh baked cookies. The were still soft and warm when I got mine. Each room had its own balcony and with the views we had it was perfection. We will be back. Only one complaint. We had zero wifi both days. They were trying to get the wifi resolved but unfortunately it wasn't fixed by our checkout. My husband will just have to finish up on work when we get home.
