Hampton Inn Butler

We travel all over and this hotel was fantastic. Clean! Very good staff. There wasn't one person who wasn't friendly. They went above and beyond and I witnessed the manager working as much as the employees. You never see that. They switched things out at breakfast so you didnt have the same old stuff every day. There was variety, which was great since we were there for 4 nights. The location is amazing. We didnt have a car and we could walk to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. There was even 2 places with ice cream. Definitely rhe best located hotel, and the workout room was top notch. I am super picky and I will definitely be back. The only complaint is their pillows are terrible, but I usually bring ny own.

My son and I stay a night here through the week while passing through on a motorcycle trip. The staff were very nice, the room was clean and neat. They had water, refreshments, snacks, etc so we didn't have to go out for water or sodas. The breakfast was very good. The evening we got there it was nice to have Applebee's restaurant right next door for dinner. Would stay again if in the area.

We were there for a wedding and the hotel was perfect! Rooms were very clean and well appointed. The morning breakfast was delicious and a welcome treat. I was most impressed by the staff. Everyone was very professional and helpful during our stay. I would like to mention Carlee, the sales representative who worked with us in advance to secure a block of rooms and the conference room for the weekend. She was very responsive to all my questions and I felt she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I can't say enough about the service she provided and her representation of the Hampton Inn brand. ||I also would like to recognize the front desk representative, Reed. He was extremely helpful to us when we were checking in and getting settled. He worked with us on the welcome

Positive: Handicap room perfect. In fact best ever had! Negative: tables a little to high for chairs in breakfast. However the food excellent.

Nice staff, clean rooms, so so gym with dumbell rack and bench. Location is in the middle of strip mall USA, with every possible fast food chain within a 5 minute drive east or west. Plus tons of retail such as WalMart, Target, etc. Hotel is situated in the middle of all the parking lots of the aforementioned food/shopping locations, so kind of hard to find the entrance. Backside of hotel faced the super walmart.
