Hampton Inn Bremen-I-20 (Carrollton Area)

Greated by the staff - very friendly and polite. Room was very clean and comfortable. Glad I chose this hotel. If I don't have to travel for work - I'll definitely stay the weekend.

We stayed two nights . When we got to our room it smelled strong of bleach, we asked they stated someone before was sick , had no other rooms. The fire alarm went off at 1 am called front desk they said ignore it no one came to fix it . After leaving they charged our room for smoking , we travel with our disabled daughter, my husband doesn’t smoke and I never smoke around her, they told my husband it also smelled like alcohol. My husband and I have never drank in our life’s . I am getting a lawyer and will fight this in court. . This is a scam I asked for evidence they said housekeeping smelled it . Sorry not true

I have NOTHING but good things to say about this hotel. I had a 5 day stay (house getting work done) with my family and the hotel staff felt like family almost immediately. The breakfast was amazing and Ms. Faye was wonderful. It was like eating breakfast with your family on the weekend. She’s been there for 11 years making breakfast and she puts a lot of heart into her job and it shows. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was also very kind. Everyone there made you feel like family. And I have nothing bad to really say about this hotel except the rooms seemed slightly outdated and some of the outlets were very loose when you plug your items in. That’s really all the bad I have to say. They have a fully stocked snack bar and a complimentary coffee/

Just off I-20 it is easily accessible. Generally quiet with occasional road noise heard even though I was in the back corner of the hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Shower was big enough where I didn't have to squat down to wash my head. Breakfast buffet was merely ok, you could make a decent meal. Whatever sausage brand they used was horrible. Worth staying at again.

Last minute stop on a road trip. Clean rooms, staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Ppl looked like they enjoy their jobs and made it a point to say hello or make small talk. Breakfast was good too. Would stay again.
