Hampton Inn Bozeman

Austin was amazing! I came to Bozeman for work. I got there about 11 am. I let him know that I had to quickly change and head to my job.He let me check in right away. The room was clean. I was here from Monday through Friday. The rest of the staff was so kind and accommodating. On Wednesday I asked for my room to be cleaned and unfortunately it wasn't. When I went to the front desk after getting back from work the young lady apologized. Next thing I know she knocked on the door. She brought towels and a gift bag full of snacks and assured me that my room would be cleaned the following day. Which it was. This company should be proud of all the staff for taking such great care of their customers!

Bozeman is expensive to stay so when I saw a lower rate at a Hilton property I was excited, definitely get what you pay for. Hotel was very out dated and worn down. Staff was working hard, same person manning front desk and breakfast area. The room had a strong air freshener odor and heat was so hot that we had to open window. Doorknob was also broken.

Positive: I like the amenities Hampton in offers, like the free breakfast Negative: I think some of the products used for breakfast could be better quality. Like the bananas were very bruised. I did not like the breakfast sausage. The eggs were kind of undercooked. But having the breakfast is one of the reasons I choose Hampton Inn.

Hotel has 10 cars in the entire parking lot and we are placed in a room that has a connecting door with another room. I can hear the person in the connecting room talking on his phone and pray that I will not hear his dog barking to be let out since we saw him walk in with a dog. The shower has mold all around it. Also we originally requested a king sized bed but were told a room with a king wasn’t available even though 10 minutes later we got an email saying it was available. No digital check in at this hotel. Very disappointed. I would ask to change rooms but I was here first and I am already settled. I was promised a free night stay and 25,000 Hilton points because of all the room issues by the complex general manager, but that looks to have been a false promise since I have not seen a

Great location, good service, who thinks peach colored floor tiles are still in style?. Cracked tiles, bad caulking around tub, hot water solid but doesn't go up high enough. Pillows full of air, but beds better than expected.
