Pros: The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable. ||Cons: We were on the highway side and traffic was loud all night. The room was warm and the AC was sporadic. There was a weird reddish brown dripping of something on the light switch in the bathroom and the TV had a dried white stain that looked like spit but Im pretty sure was another bodily fluid. I also kept smelling smoke so I dont know if it was lingering from a previous guest or if a neighboring room was smoking. We had no issues in parking, but I could see one of the spots had a lot of broken car window glass. This generally means a car got broken into. We arrived really late because of a wedding. I thought the staff was quite nice. The breakfast was great lots of variety and selection. They did a good job refilling all the items. The rooms are pretty good. The blackout curtains were a little confusing. We did not know there was a thicker blind for the sun until we left lol . I will stay here again. This is good value if you have family in the Belton Lee Summit area or if you want to watch the Royals.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 12 years because it is close to family. I recently spent one night. I booked the room through the Hilton Honors app and was given the rate including taxes. When I checked out, I was charged almost $10 more. I was told by the manager that new taxes were added Jan 1 and I booked the room Jan 3. The app booking did show taxes, but not the new taxes. The manager would not adjust our rate. Our room had also not been vacuumed and I mentioned this to the clerk when we checked in. When I told the manager about this after discussing the rate, she apologized and told me if the staff member made a note of my complaint, she would give me extra HH points.
