Half Moon Campground

What a lovely place to visit! Beautiful, clean, spacious, nestled in the beautiful smokey mountains. Our cabin was well appointed with A/C and wifi, which isn't mentioned on their website. Will definitely go back!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The place its super clean and tip top shape. The owners are super nice and easy to work with. The place is truly a 10/10.

We drove up from Florida to go to Windrock and I was really impressed with this campground. Super nice staff/owners, spacious campsites, bathroom with hot shower, nice pond and very well maintained grounds. The cabins look nice as well, although we stayed in a power site near the pond. They also have firewood/ice for purchase on site and a wash station for vehicles. A slice of heaven and a hidden gem....can't wait to come back!

This is a hidden gem. First off, the owners are just great people with a ton of knowledge and experience about the area and Windrock Park. I cannot say enough goodness about them. The bathroom is really clean. One of the nicest camp bathhouses I have ever been in. We did not stay in cabins, but they look newer and in great condition. We stayed in the tent camping area, in site 14. Provided garbage can and grill at site. Easy back way access into Windrock. A+. I cant wait to go back.

Great campground. Super clean, very well maintained, the cabins are nice. Everyone at the campground was respectful. The campground is an easy close drive to the Windrock Off Road Park. The owners are very easy to deal with. This will be the campground I go to every time I am visiting the area.
