Half Moon Bay Campground

Great little spot to stay! Short walking distance to the beach or to the light house. Be ware this is a camping spot used mostly by OHV's so it can be noisy with people driving their ATV's and 2 stroke bikes for the sand dunes. Pit toilets available and a potable water spigot. The water tastes like pennies, wouldn't recommend drinking.

Nice place It does not have any hookups, so bring your generators. They do have toilets but they are vault type. The place is a mix of dirt and sand. Has trees. Right crossed the street from Winchester bay dunes

Great camp sites dry camping. Loads of ORV riding. Beaches are people, dog friendly. No ORV, but trails for this.

Can't wait to go back here. We went with some friends to ride the dunes in their side by sides. Easy access to the beach and dunes. Lots of ticks in the brush so be careful if you brings your dogs.

This place is dirty, loud, smelly, and primitive.. in other words, it's paradise! If you love motorsports, you will love this place! The best dunes on the coast.
