Half Cocked Lodge

Excellent day of appreciation from them to veterans and first responders. What a great day of hunting, from breakfast to lunch with excellent guiding to ample birds everyone had a wonderful time.

My husband and kid were driving to SD from KC and needed some here to stay for the weekend. Whoever my husband spoke with was so kind and accommodating that if they make that trip a repeat event they'll stay there again. Thank you!!!!!

Excellent man-cave with the best of accommodations and amusements, like pool table, outdoor grill, beautiful lake, full kitchens, eating utensils, etc. Converted barn with barrack-style sleeping arrangements or private rooms. Reasonable rates by the person, with a very friendly owner, who occasionally stopped by and hung around. I personally stayed here three occasions, always melancholy to depart.

Gracious owner. The lodge was amazing and absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great place with an amazing amount of space. The rustic look was absolutely gorgeous. I don’t think I could recommend a better place than this.
