Hale Hoola B&B

I only have great things to say about this lovely bed and breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The surrounding fruit trees, flowering plants, and birds are beautiful. Our balcony was spacious, secluded, and gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and of the neighboring farm animals. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the frogs and waking up to the cool fresh air and rooster crows. Carl and Emma make you feel welcomed and at home. We loved our stay and could not recommend this place more!

We love this Bed and Breakfast. After the business of Kona, this was a great relief. It is quiet and old-style. Elma makes a large and very tasty breakfast. The rooms are comfortable with private baths. Each room has a lanai with a clear view of the ocean, but the best view is in the community lanai on the upper deck, where breakfast is served. The B&B abuts a ranch, so there are no buildings or even high trees obstructing the beautiful view. Birds in nearby trees greet you at breakfast each morning.|It's close to beaches and historical sites, the Painted Church and Place of Refuge.|The Internet is strong. Loved this B&B: the hospitality, the rooms, a terrace with a view and yummy breakfast. I also liked that the place is close to all main tourist attractions of Kona, but away from many tourists.

A lovely place with a beautiful garden. The room was well furnished, many small Details Chosen with thought and love. The breakfast was very good with home made souffles, banana bread and plenty of fresh fruits. Good point to start the visit of the Volcano National Park.

It's a nice place to stay and enjoy the nature setting of its location. There are three rooms, each with a large lanai with views of the ocean and lush vegetation. They are great spots to watch the sunset. There is a couch and two comfortable chairs plus a dining table and two chairs on the lanai. There is also a refrigerator there.|In the common area there is a microwave, some dishes, can opener, tea and a tea kettle and utensils. |Beach chairs, boogie boards, mats, beach towels, a beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment are available there to borrow.|The ensuite bathroom has a shower that is fine. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are all provided, as well as liquid hand soap at the sink.|The room itself is small and simply furnished, but with the lanai and the common area this is not a
