Haines Hitch-Up RV Park

We stayed here for several nights with our Newmar caravan. There was another caravan there also, so the RV Park was busy. But it is immaculately maintained and the management/owners were very responsive to our needs. We did some accidental damage in/out of two of the spots and the campground worked to get the sites back up and operating. Our team felt horrible, but the owner simply stated it happens, they dealt with it and we all moved on. What a refreshing approach with so many awful issues out there nowadays. This campground is not right on the water, but looks to much better and the grass at each site was amazing. We used this campground to explore Haines, travel to Juneau and Skagway. Meticulously maintained. Phenomenally clean. Super friendly owners. Great place to stay.||We had been to this park a few years ago under previous ownership with our then young children. We enjoyed it so much, we were looking forward to returning. ||The “new” owners (since 2018) are also very friendly and helpful. Our dog was thrilled to have a grass site for the first time in several weeks. The restrooms were very clean. The laundry room was freshly painted, all machines worked well, and also very clean. ||Thank you for sharing your beautiful park with us!

We were part of a RV caravan and stayed here. Diane at reception was excellent!! She was courteous and friendly as were all the other associates at this campground.||This is an excellent camp ground in every way. The facilities (Restrooms, showers, and laundry) were immaculate, the grounds were extremely well kept, and the hook ups were in great working order and a breeze to use.||What’s not to like when you wake up every morning to great views of the surrounding mountains and an easy walk into town for whatever you need.||We plan on going back to Alaska and this is a location we want to spend a couple weeks at.||We highly recommend this RV park!

Such a wonderful park. Idea spot to walk to town for dinner out. We saw bears, eagles, owls and whales. The park has the best laundry room in Alaska. I spent 4 months traveling around Alaska beautiful state.

This RV site is impeccable. The care taken with the facility is admirable. Showers are very clean and free. All the grounds show pride of ownership. A great stop on our Alaskan/Yukon adventure
