Hacienda Motel

Very nice people at the front desk. Very respectful, and friendly. Rooms are always clean. There are no cacaroaches like at the San Jacinto INN. Nice relaxing pool for families, and kid's. No riff raff like the San Jacinto INN. No drug addicts hanging all around like the San Jacinto INN. Very private, well maintained Hotel. Very happy there. 😁

Came last night 9/23/2025 and the short Indian lady with the thick accent at the front desk turned me and my fiance away last night with our 1 year old baby because she wanted us to get 2 beds. We told her that we are partners and don't need 2 beds and she kept trying to force us buy a room with 2 beds because she was homophobic and didn't want to see two women get a room with one bed. Disgusting customer service and severe homophobia.

Read the 2 star reviews before booking but took a chance anyway since the nearby casino was full. We figured to stay at the motel anyway to just sleep and gamble during the day at the nearby casino. Booked two nights.||||Upon check in; The pool was dirty, pix below. There wasn't any shade either so I didn't swim. Forgot to take pix of the room. The room was so outdated the comforter on both queen beds were ripped with fuzz popping out of the tear. The pillows were dirty/stained so we but our towels over them to sleep. ||||We got lucky and booked the nearby casino room for the next day. Upon check out, the motel kept both night payment refused to refund our second night even if we only stayed the one night. ||Book at your own risk.

It's quiet but the manager lady is very rude talks to people in a nasty manner just walks in the room starts unplugging everything yelling to get out when asked for late check out. Charged us for a towel being stained that was given to us with stains on it she really needs to work on her customer service skills
