Laura, at the desk, was so cordial, competent, and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. We really appreciated her friendliness and helpful presence. When we had an issue in the room she addressed it quickly and notified necessary personnel to get the problem resolved. Room is clean and beds comfortable. We’re happy to have chosen this place.

I loved my stay at Roami Habitat in Brickell, Miami. Everything was classy, clean, and felt high-end. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—easy to walk the neighborhood or grab an Uber. I’ll definitely book here again next time I’m in Miami!

Stayed here Friday through Monday for my brother's wedding. Check in was easy. The photos of the rooms are much more polished than the rooms themselves. They were quite beat up -- dusty and crooked wall sconces, sticky floors and a general musty odor. The light in the main closet did not work. The shower in the primary bedroom had zero water pressure. I contacted maintenance and was told it was 24 to 48 hours for any maintenance request. So, we all shared one shower for the entirety of our stay. We also had to use our phone flashlights to see in the closet. When maintenance did finally come (Sunday mid-morning), they replaced the light bulb and said there was nothing wrong with the shower. By Monday morning--our check out morning--the shower was again not working and the toilet in the seco

The hotel is in a quiet location, yet still very central. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The center of Brickell is within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. The room was very clean and well maintained. We loved the roof terrace with its view of the skyline. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. I must give special mention to Gerald, with whom I had a very nice chat and who gave me tips for my evening in Miami.
