This is a nice place for a one night stop. We felt safe, it was clean and quiet and everything worked at a good price. The site was level and we didn't have to unhook. This was our second stay here. Would recommend. UPDATE AS OF MAY 2025 This is a full hookup, non-manned, self check in rv lot. It is very convenient, level, quiet and unhookable as there is a great hamburger place in walking distance. This is perfect for a quick stop over.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. You simply cannot beat it for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long travel day, and this was perfect. I love that it's self-serve. The fact that it has full hookups for $25 per night is amazing! We will definitely stay here again on our next cross-country journey.

30/50 amp service boxes with a 20 amp as well. Full hookups. Can't beat the monthly rates! Water is included with rent; electric is paid separately. Pet friendly and dumpster is on site. Propane available 5 minutes away. Note: there is no dog run and no on site showers available. I will forewarn this area of Colorado is EXTREMELY windy at times. There have easily been gusts up to 60 mph. Denver is 2 hours away. Overall, great place. Lisa is friendly and professional! I would stay at this campground again in a heartbeat.

I liked it because I didn't have to many issues. But the thing is the husband is the reason they have a ton of spots open and they mostly leave to the other camp site by the gas station for the rules he pushes on the location. Now the wife is the reason we stayed because she was nice to us. The rule they have on no parking in the grass is stupid cuz it's dead as well as your camper is already parked on the grass. I'm sorry but if you want to save the grass then you should just shut the camp site down and you can keep your grass! We stayed 3.5 months.
