Gyp Hills Guest Ranch

We attended a rehearsal dinner and wedding. The whole weekend was a lot of fun! The attention to detail was great and the meals were awesome. We did not stay at the ranch for our accommodations.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Guest Ranch! You can rent by the room, floor, or whole house. There are five bedrooms total, and we were bringing three generations of family together, so we chose the whole house. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (each with bath), a living and a full kitchen. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a small kitchen, living, and walk out patio. The kitchen is stocked, so we enjoyed taking turns preparing meals, including a cookout on the grill. Andrea is great to work with, and thinks of simply everything! Medicine Lodge is an historical town, with the Carrie Nation home, old Stockade, and Peace Treaty pageant grounds close. A scenic drive through the gypsum hills is a must.

EXCELLENT INTERNET! We have taken our RV all over the US and this place has the best Internet so far, it was faster than my Starlink! Washer machines are very nice front loaders, there is a free ice machine, very clean bathhouse and also an event center that is very up to date with a modern country look, just gorgeous!! You could easily have a wedding, party, event or any other family get together here with the best photo memories. You will not be sandwiched in with other RVs, there is lots of grass and the most green country rolling hill view you ever saw! DEFINATELY NOT the flat boring Kansas I thought Kansas was before visiting! I love Kansas now, its gorgeous, just get off the interstate and come visit this place, you will see! Last min decision to stay for deer hunting- able to fit our family of 4 into the Event Cntr rooms. Clean & roomy. Perfect! Access to Event Kitchen, Laundry, ice machine AND lite Christmas 🎄 Tree! Outstanding hospitality, especially from MAGS, the loving Black Lab!! We'll be back for either these rooms &/or RV hookups! Thank you!

Great place to stay if you're looking for an authentic guest ranch. The service was great and the atmosphere was even better. Strongly reccomend. There was only one problem I had with the place; there was a weird smell that came from outside the whole time
