Gulfway Motel By OYO Near Airport I 37

The place looks very unkept outside. I can’t give you a review on my room because I never got it. Lobby was locked, no one was at the reservation window, there was a service phone that rang endlessly with no answer. I called the # listed and the call didn’t go through. I could give a 0 star review I would. I canceled my reservation through Travelocity but was told that I had to pay the cancellation fee that was the same as the price of the room. Customer service 0, room availability 0

Positive: Nothing. Well... No bugs Negative: Everything. Filthy. Sheets were dirty, towels were dirty. Floor was dirty. Blood maybe, makeup on the walls. Dirt smeared. Never been so scared in my life. No curtain in bathroom. No phone in room.

So I booked a room for a day on a app and I was charged $52 and was dropped off from a Lyft and I haven't been in Corpus Christi for a few years so it's confusing about this motel and the one across the street ao I was dropped off at the TV motel and I was wondering why they didn't look up my name and I noticed the next day I was already charged on my card and tried to call hotels. Com to refund my money which it states no refund at all but tried anyway and nope I got a email saying no answer from them im very disappointed 52 dollars down the drain

Positive: I did not stay at this hotel/motel! I was grossed out the moment I walked into the room... I asked for my money back at the front desk Negative: Room had a funky smell of either drugs, it stunk the whole room, it had no tv remote, no light, was super dark & another couple tried to get into the saying that it was their room. Ugly room for a honeymoon. Waiting 4 them call me 4 refund

Grotesque what a dump! Do not book with these people. Dead bugs in both windows big ones. I am right to check in on time, rang the bell a man that could not speak English held up the sign with the phone number to California to call his son because he couldn't speak English. After waiting for his son to verify my prepaid reservation, I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for his daughter to write to talk to me. The man opened the door to the room I was to occupy, told me to leave the door open so his daughter could talk. There was a huge crack in the window beside the bed, the refrigerator was spray painted trying to cover up the rust and grime.
