Gulf Shores / Pensacola West KOA Holiday

awesome experience ,been here a week, all the amenities are fabulous, all employees including the office, phone , 800 # are wonderful, I have nothing negative to say. I like it but then i'm new to this life still I have no complaints. nice cute store, the staff at office so helpful. laundry is available which I appreciated. my lot is wonderful no complaints. all the employees are super nice and no question is "dumb". one suggestion, shuttle to shopping for those of us with no vehicle, even for a payment I would gladly pay, I know it's a lot, also, garbage pick up. for me with mobility issues it's a lot I understand though ,that is not your issue, having those things would make it 100% perfect. nothing is perfect nor free I understand that I still say, I would come back again and again. t

When we got there we could see it was an older RV park. The office staff were very nice. The only reason its rating is lower than a 5 was due to some water line problems and the site was just a bit unleveled. Initially we were told that the water would be back on in about 20 minutes. We do have an ability to be self contained if necessary. We were told we would or should have got a text message concerning that. We did receive a canned text which was no problem. We had to get one of the tires on our RV replaced that was more of an issue than the water at the time. As it got later in the day I tried to call the office for an update on the water. There was no answer. A county utility district tech stopped by and ask us where the office was. I told him where it was. As he was driving off to

We’ve been staying here in one of the cottages since 12/31 and it’s been a great place to call our temporary home! It’s clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Lillia, Lynette and Linda in the office went the extra mile to make sure our stay has been enjoyable. Special shoutout to their groundskeepers, AJ and CJ. They are super helpful, prompt and friendly! Definitely recommend this place to stay! We are bummed that our time here is winding down but we look forward to coming back!

Stayed for a week in a cabin at this KOA - DK9. It was awesome! From the amazing staff to the accommodations my stay was great. The cabin I was in had views of Perdido Bay and was tucked in the back of the campground where it was nice and quiet. Highly recommend!! Photos from the porch of DK9.

Great Campground! It's very clean and centrally located to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Pensacola! Staff was amazing! I had an issue with shade and my solar panel and the moved me with no problems, in one phone call too! I will definitely be returning to this KOA in the future and suggesting it to other camper friends. They have lots of cabins too, boat slips, pool and hot tub. It really has everything you need.
