Gridley Inn & RV Park

The rooms are not clean and they smell. There were stains on the floor, dirt and hair in the bathroom. The hotel needs and update. Gridley needs a quality hotel. Unfortunately, The Gridley Inn is not one.

I ended up staying in the RV Park part of this place, and it was OK, actually nice and quiet for a road-side facility full of big 5th wheels and RV's. However, the sites do not even include a picnic table, let alone a fire ring, and the place is lit up like a shopping mall so be sure to have black out curtains or don't stay here without a sleeping mask. ||||The pool and spa area look pretty good, but the weren't open in the winter. The bathroom and shower facility that is for the RV Park guests is "ok". It is large, the hot water is really nice and hot with good pressure, but the drains back up badly and the whole building smells of mildew. ||||When I checked in for my camping spot, I asked about upgrading to a room for my first night because I needed to be up at 5am the next day. Rooms are not up to date or modern in anyway but they are clean and comfortable. The beds are very soft, sheets are clean, the complementary snack and water was a nice touch and when I was staying here for a month on and off the staff even made sure I didn't loose any personal / valuable belongings. (I was switching rooms a lot and left a necklace behind, housekeeping was the one who notified me I'd left it behind! So bonus points for honest and kind!) The only real downside here is how expensive the rooms are for literally being close to nothing of great importance and the RV park itself is a bit trashy, some RV spots seem very cluttered or run down and some of its residents are not really pleasant so keep that in mind for extended RV visits.

They have really come through for my mom and I after we were graciously left here, by my mom's ex's mother- and the management team are beyond exceptional and friendly and very helpful. The owner is a very well grounded woman, who is full of much grace and very helpful as well. We are beyond grateful for their help as we continue to stay here meanwhile we await before we make our next move. And the pool and Spa are well kept and it's really helpful being able to relax and get rid of all stress while in the pool or spa. I highly recommend this place to all

I would give this place 0 stars. My husband travels for work so sometimes our options are limited in proximity of his job. DO NOT stay if you're a single woman or have children. There are a few creepy people in the park. One old man is constantly waiting for me to come out of the trailer and trying to talk to me. One lady literally flashed herself to a couple younger children. There are some trailers that look like a homeless camp...it's also $500 a week. A $65 pet fee for the rv park. I have never been charged for pets at any other park. The dog area has trash everywhere and smells like stale beer. The pool is on the nicer side of things however is still dirty. They do offer laundry amenities but no quarters available on site, you have to leave to find quarters. There's also about 7 or m
