Greystone Motel

Just what was needed for a visit to Ohio for an older lady traveling alone. I have stayed all over the world in fine hotels that provided what I needed and a lot more. Greystone provides what I need - exactly. Microwave, small refrigerator, and nice shower. The refrigerator worked very well and kept everything cold. My room was pre-warmed for me! Ice, vending machines, etc. located very close by. Always felt safe. The manager lives on site and is always around when needed. This is an older motel style. Enjoy the retro feel and make the most of having what you need without paying for frills not needed. Sometimes in life you just need what you need and nothing more!

The old owners would never let crap like this happen but the new owner and the maintenance guy refused to refund money after I had a bug problem in the room wasn't there two hours and spotted on the floor and on my clothes so, I go up to the office immediately. Then after I show him the roaches they told me to leave and didn't give me my money back. Horrible customer service! I highly recommend NOT STAYING AT GREYSTONE MOTEL.

Positive: Decent location. Looks ok. Good parking. Negative: A lot. Room was very dirty. Black mold on ceiling above shower. Overpriced for the condition of the room. Clerk was slow to respond to request to refund my credit card charge.

This place is a joke! They are rude! Never gave me back my deposit of 70 bucks! There rooms were run down, gross, and the AC leaked from the bed to it on the floor. They don't even deserve one star. I had to clean it before I brought anything in the room if that tells you anything. Only good thing is it's pet friendly but don't accept cats. Least take the carpet up if this is the case . It was nasty and you can tell animals have clawed it up ... Blueberry motel is where it's at and you can even have cats or dogs..

If i could leave no stars, i would! The absolute filthiest place I’ve ever been in before. So nasty that i opted to leave without touching anything and asked for my money back, but the staff refused. There was trash on the floor, bugs crawling on the walls, crud covered walls, fridge and sink etc. No phone, stains on the sheets. It was disgusting to put it mildly and needs shut down.
