GreenTree Inn & Suites Florence

Just 45 minutes from Gilbert/Queen Creek , its a wonderful place to stay in many ways. Rooms are large , clean, and comfortable beds. There is an amazing breakfast with bacon , sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels, cereal. But, what sets this place apart is the staff-the kindest, most caring, cheerful people. What a breath of fresh air they are. They all seem to really like working here, and it feels so warm and welcoming. Daniel, Desiree' and Lauren at the front desk make you feel special and right at home. If u pass housekeeping staff in the hall they always ask if you need anything. This is my second time staying here, and it's just as great as the first visit. I am so glad I found the Green Tree Hotel!

Greentree|We have stayed before, so we are repeat customers. There were several issues this time, upon our arrival (listed below). The staff was friendly and accommodating, though, which is always a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean -- they just need to keep a better eye on maintenance.||1) The TV was not working when we arrived, so the hotel maintenance worker had to replace the remote, then left again to get a new piece for the back of the TV (not his fault). It took about one hour in total to get this fixed, and as a result, we only had one hour to get ready for the show we were seeing that night.||2) The light next to the couch was not working.||3) The hook fell off the bathroom door as soon as I tried to gently wipe it with a Wet-Ones wipe.||4) The curtains were badly shredded

TV would not connect to service. Remote would not turn on tv. No alarm clock. Hot water at the faucet took 30 min to get hot. Phone would not dial out; buttons to the front desk, wake up, etc. wouldn't connect. Had to dial '0' for front desk. Cleaning services were always working, breakfast was ready before 6:30 and delicious. Front desk was so courteous. Pool/hot tub, outdoor kitchen, sitting area was so inviting.

Very nice hotel. Lauren was super helpful and friendly. Love the free breakfast in the mornings. They have everything. Biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon, bagels, fruit, pastries. They really put out a nice variety for their guests. We were visiting in arizona city and drove to florence just to stay here. Just a great place to stay. Best part of all it's pet friendly!!!!
