Worst experience ever! We arrived to our unit, someone was already staying there and he called the police on us. Couldn't get the manager on the phone. All the units pass code was the same for all units, which is very dangerous. When we called to complain it took a day and a half for him to respond. They had booked 3 different people had been booked for the same time in our unit. No housekeeping or staff at all. Will never go back there again. Worst management ever to operate a business.

Horrible service. Access codes are not secure between different units. New management can’t keep track of unit reservations as they couldn’t find our reservation from over six months ago. New owner said if we do the linen laundry, we can stay in the unit even though it wasn’t clean. It was like each unit was partially cleaned and then everyone just left and never finished cleaning. In past years, we loved this place, but we will never stay again.

We had a great time at Greens One in Bella Vista. The units are well stocked and include a washer and dryer and dishwasher. This was our 2nd stay in GreensOne and both visits were outstanding. Anything that needed service was promptly addressed by the staff. The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests. The local golf courses were outstanding as well Highly recommend Kingswood and it is within walking distance to the clubhouse. Great course!

This was such a pleasant stay. Very close to the trails, downtown Bentonville, easy highway access. The condos are spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed on the trail side. Very quiet, and the private balcony was delightful for morning coffee. I am definitely going to stay here the next time I travel to the area.
