Customer Reviews
I want to start this review and state that we are full time rvers and have been traveling the country for 5.5 years, we have stayed in many different places & We are also campground hosts by trade and so I might be biased but this park is an absolute mess! And that’s putting it nicely! After reading reviews online on here as well as Facebook and other forums I use I was hopeful that all the old complaints of what a dump it was were “outdated” and that the daughters who took over had cleaned it up and had it running nicely- that is NOT the case! We arrived around 6pm in a down pour, we had to unhook our towed and maneuver our tow dolly out of the way so we could back in- the sites are all squished together and your bumper is almost in someone’s front door in some cases, we see the electric
*NOT FOR BLUE COLLAR WORKERS!!!* Good luck getting your deposit back or even getting a return phone call even after your job ends early and they are still making money off you because you have to pay beforehand with a deposit for electricity used. Apparently you need a two weeks notice after only being there a week before you can get a refund. Advertised laundry (apparently it’s invisible) because it was never found. But yeah it’s closest to the mill. If you pull a camper for work you’re better off just getting a hotel room or driving the distance. Most places acknowledge that blue collar life is kind of a whim and jobs end when they end and for a site to be that close, unreliable, and unreachable it is an absolute no. So, we’ll take the loss and learn our lesson but 0/10 won’t be back. Al
Good place affordable, Carmen was awesome to deal with. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely stay again.
Very quite, easy to find. Reasonable rates.
Ive stayed here twice for a total of about 15 months. The park itself and the RV lots are clean and maintained. Management is responding quickly with solutions for any issues. The price of $600 + electric is fair. Unfortunately there is a county road going through the front entire length of the campground which can be noise if you live on the front side of ten RV Park. Across the county road are a few residential backyards and one of them is really noisy and shoots guns in his backyard which can be really annoying. Also on the back of the RV park are some noisy ppl who don’t care about quite time and having party’s on their lit up porch. Furthermore near by is a gun range which also can be frustrating. Rincon itself has everything you need and all stores are within 5 min. Mailbox for mail
