Greenfield Inn

Upon check in and inspection of room. It seemed to be okay for a low budget hotel. After coming in to retire for the evening after spending the day out Watched a roach crawl across the TV and then one in the shower, and one crawling across the floor. Definitely needs pest control done and housekeeping needs to do a little better as well. Check-out time is at 11. Knocked on door and attempted to let themselves in prior.

I had to book this motel for business purposes the price $ 50 a night for a week ||This place is Terrible. The room was smelling Cigarette really bad, beds had insects ||I call them to do something and they dint really dint care ,they told me tomorrow will change the linen. So I ask them linen and I replace them my self ||No mirror in the sink ||Really bad experience ||I don't recommend to any one this place ||It is really garbage

I had a reservation for a room this weekend. I booked this reservation OVER 5 MONTHS AGO. I got a call last night about the hotel being under construction so there are no rooms available. The customer service rep that called me to inform me my booking needs to be canceled was very sweet and apologetic but I feel like management should of done a better job with informing guests their reservation has been canceled. They gave me 2 days notice during a memorial day weekend and Indy 500 going on so its impossible to find a room elsewhere now that's in a decent price range.

I contacted this place on behalf of my son. He was working in Greenfield and needed to stay closer to work while he found an apartment. They rented a room by the week for a discounted price and he stayed about 6 weeks I believe. They were very nice when I called. I spoke to Nick and his wife both. My son had no issues and was able to have his own place while he relocated. It was a life saver! No complaints. Good price and my Son said the bed was so comfortable!

Booked a room for the Indy 500 Memorial Day weekend. Traveled 12 hours from New Jersey to find out when I went to check in no rooms were available. The woman called her "boss" and he would do nothing to remedy the situation. Avoid this place like the plauge. Thankfully I got this reservation throught Expedia and they helped me get into another hotel for the weekend. Expedia 10 outta 10, this joke of a place should get negitive stars.
