I lived in this 55 and older park for years. Very well groomed park. Great tenants. NICE COVERAGE FROM STREET.

I told them I have a German shepherd dog that is a inside dog except to go outside to go to the bathroom and I told them I have a letter from my dr saying that I have the dog for emotional support dog and for my hearing cause I am hard of hearing and they told me no German shepherd dogs are allowed and I told them the letter I have says that I have the dog for emotional support and told them by law they can’t refuse to rent to me and they still haven’t got a response from them or the empty Rv spot we was going to rent from them and it has been two to three months heard nothing so I believe they rented to someone else which is wrong to us I am 62 and my wife is 65 and about three months ago she had a mild stroke she has polio and her daughter lives in Lebanon and wants us to move closer to

This is a senior only park with a great location. Its not far from town, actually in city limits, but has an out of town feel. It has beautiful trees around it and is right of hwy 20. There is a hardware store and thrift store across the street and down just a bit. Not far is a 7 11 . People i know talk highly aboutliving their and often recommend it to me.
