Green Tree Hotel

We were a little confused as to the location of the hotel since there were no markings or signs saying it was a hotel, other than the address we had. We went around the block a few times before realizing that it was the hotel. The property is a mexican restaurant with the hotel on the second floor, so a bit confusing without hotel signage on the building. Once inside though, we were greeted by a really nice woman in the restaurant who let us know that we were in the right place. She allowed us to take a look at our room before completing the paperwork (always a huge plus in my book) and we were really pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the room. Terrible Hotel and terrible management. The manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It says pet friendly, but they don’t tell you until you get there that there are extra fees. These terms are nowhere on the website and not communicated to you at all prior. We were also charged for two dogs that were Emotional Support dogs with paper work. In total we were charged an extra $150, and we weren't given a breakdown of the charges or a receipt. Outdated room, no fan in the bathroom so it’s smelly and possibly molding.

Rooms are clean & so is the Restaurant that's attached. Beds are super comfy. Not Fancy and no amenities in rooms but there is a common area (again clean) that has a fridge, micro & coffee maker with all the fixings. Super polite staff & very quiet. Stayed 3 nights & price was good.

Absolute trash experience. No one around at all to check you in. When you finally reach someone by phone, it’s another :15 before they get there to assist. Checking out was even more stressful. Made about 30 back to back phone calls to the number for the hotel with absolutely no answer. The guy who was sent to help is some cook or server from the restaurant attached. He couldn’t be bothered to try and care or apologize. Then again, he seemed to have an impossible time reaching his boss by phone just as much as we did. 💀💀💀💀 JOKE OF A HOTEL. Absolute trash.

Absolute worst experience ever. Do not get a room here unless you'd like to have to call and have someone to come meet you to 10-15mins to check in. Then when we go to check out Sunday morning. Not a soul in sight. Waited 3-4 hours across the street at the coffee shop for someone to finally show up. Not even the “boss” that we had tried calling 30 times between us, or had sent texts to that received through iMessage. No response. The worker himself tried to call 5 times no answer.
