Green Seas Motel

I can honestly say Richard's motel every hotel that he owns are the best in Hollywood Florida and all of south Florida. The stay has been exceptional, the staff is amazing. The cleaning crew works so hard to keep everything looking nice. That includes the people who keep the grounds looking exceptionally well. I'd like to thank Richard's motel from the bottom of my heart for being an incredible and peaceful place to stay. Out of every hotel I've ever stayed at, I feel the safest at Richards. Those reading this review Don't Regret staying at another hotel. STAY AT RICHARD'S MOTEL YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE OWNER HAS AN INSPIRATIONAL STORY THAT MAKES YOU MOTIVATED

These pictures are not the way the rooms are. this hotel is a sleazy hotel. I knew I would be arriving late and I called to let them know I would be arriving late and there was no answer , I called a couple different times just a voice recording. I arrived 930 to 10 o’clock at night. There was no one in the office. there isn’t an office. There was a note to go across the street to a sister hotel. I called the phone number and got voice saying I was #1 in the queue but no one answered . I went across to the sister hotel where there was Window teller where you can slide your money through. You have to have $50 cash deposit to stay I normally don’t carry cash and thankfully I did because it was so late. I don’t know what would happen if you don’t have the cash to stay. I checked in and

So at the end of my 2 night stay . I was standing away from the building smoking a cig. And some guy obviously worked there accused me of standing there since 6am . That was infact not true if they check the cameras. This place needs closed down. Holly wood is such a horrible area in Broward you will end up kidnapped. Some random dude kept asking me questions when I'd go smoke. He even asked me if I'd drive his car with him in it home for him . There were 2 female police there just lurking that left after that man confronted me about being out there even though I was only out there after check out waiting for my Uber to the airport. Disgusting place. They make up the prices as they go since they think they are locally protected. Untill the feds close ya down

Brian was AWESOME! Got me set up quickly and easily for a decent price for these days! And the rooms are spacious clean and again Brian at the front super helpful and friendly definitely staying here again!

I have stayed here multiple times but this time will be my last lime my first room was dirty they gave me a next room next find broken glass the next day I send one week there you have to look for someone to get clean towels and toilet paper and they never cleaned my room for one week the shower curtain rod fall down the bed was like stone the shower run so slow and could go on on Like I said stayed here before on all off the property and never had such a bad stay I would not stay here again over all Steven was the front desk man the little girl at the front desk if she listened to me my stay would have been better the tell her everything that was wrong with the room and she never did anything
