Green Harbor Hotel

Sweet and beautifully renovated motel. Super clean and tidy. Matt & Shaun pleasant. No frlls but doesn’t feel like it. Wonderfully and pleasantly surprised and how comfortable I was in an awesome bed - mattress and pillows just as good if not better than the more expensive hotel chains. Nestled in a very nice neighborhood with access to highways and stores. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay that is affordable!

Stayed here for a surprise birthday party for my husband nearby and rented 5 rooms for our family and friends. The owner of the hotel was outstanding to work with and provided great service to our party leading up to the event and ensured we had an incredible stay. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. They even provide a nice array of snacks in the rooms and cool little refrigerators. Everyone was we interacted with has the customer service gene! Check in was super easy too! Would highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised that the room was so nice. It was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. Loved the electric fireplace. The black out curtains worked well. Our only complaint, and this is personal preference, the pillows were quite unyielding. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Location was fine for my purpose of birding/rock-hounding local beaches. Check-in was seamless. My reasonably-priced off-season room appeared recently renovated and was spacious and *immaculate*, the amenities were very nice: Roku TV, complimentary snacks/water, a desk. Although close to a business route the traffic noise subsided early. My only issues were not knowing I controlled the heat (I figured it out) and a low battery detector chirp that started very early am. I don't think there were any elevators, so check if you have ambulation issues.

The outside of the building during the day is unassuming, but in a positive way. Once I got into my room, I was quite surprised (I hadn't looked at pictures) at how nice it was. AC worked great, shower and bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable. A should out to Gabby, Mark, Bob, Christine (Housekeeping), and one other desk staffer (female) that I cannot remember her name for making the most of my visit. I had a special situation and they did everything they could to accommodate my needs. It was my first trip to Massachusetts, and they were friendly and helpful. If I ever have a need to come back, I'd go here again.
