Green Gables Inn

Nice small town mom and pop 2-star. Lots of surfaces to spread stuff out. Clean and in good repair. Great way to support small business rather than spend twice as much for a chain down the road. Staff was genuinely friendly as well. Felt safe.

We got lucky and were able to make a reservation on a short notice. Great location. Many amenities around from gas stations, places to eat, and more. Very clean, comfortable and super friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

I've been traveling around the country and staying in budget motels. I knew Cody would give me a welcome place as it always does, but this motel exceeded expectations. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds with enough pillows. Fridge and microwave. I liked the Roku TV. Bathroom is taken care of with fantastic showerhead. Even the composite decking outside was great. Felt like home. Welcomed warmly by staff. Anyone who says anything bad about this place is a nitpicker.

Just an hour from Yellowstone, reasonably priced. The room was very small but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that there is a loose step at the top of a VERY steep staircase, which made me stumble with my hands full of luggage.

Rates for a hotel in Cody have really gone up since we visited two years ago. We found Green Gables reasonable priced and booked it! It was very clean and had all the amenities we look for except a clock (but brought our own) and breakfast. No phone in the room so you need to go to the office if you need something. We liked that we were basically self-sufficient during our stay unless we ran out of something and that was easy to get from the office. The only downside for us was that we were upstairs... at ages 75 and 80, that was challenging with our luggage checking in and checking out. We would stay there again if we could be downstairs.
