We had such a wonderful stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA! It was the perfect mix of kid fun and parent relaxation — something that’s not easy to find.||Our room was spacious, spotless, and filled with playful touches that made it feel special. The kids were finally old enough to explore a little bit on their own, which gave us a chance to relax without worrying. We really appreciated the quiet hours at night — no little feet running up and down the halls early in the morning or late at night!||The food was fantastic, and having a bar by the pool was a great perk for parents. We had our first ever stay and absolutely loved it! I was nervous with the mixed reviews, however we enjoyed a clean room with access to YouTube which was great for my daughter, and very friendly staff. The waterpark was a blast! Food was delicious and priced as you would expect for a hotel/ attraction restaurant. I also loved that they had a "mocktail" menu for fellow pregnant mommas and children to feel special. Only thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness of bathrooms inside the waterpark, but over all great experience

We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and overall had an amazing experience. Shawn at check-in truly saved our trip. I had accidentally booked the wrong date, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us that same day while keeping everything I had planned, including the Birthday Bash package and our late checkout. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference for our family. All of the staff throughout the lodge were wonderful. The waterpark was clean and well maintained, and even the room cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. It made our celebration feel very special. The only concern we had was with the parking lot. I took my grandsons here for a few days last week. Hotel room was so so. Floors were dirty. 2nd night service did not replace anything in room such as coffee, toilet paper. Only emptied trash. As for buying the Adventure pass for arcade and more, not worth the $128 extra. Only covered very few things. You have to buy extra cards for arcades and others. Best to pay as you go. FOOD...not good. Pizza took forever to receive after having to order on a screen. No ordering by human contact, all computer screens for all food in the lodge. No tables or chairs to sit and wait the 45 minutes until received my pizza. Burgers in water park were OK. Restaurant was pathetic. Wait times were horrible. No to go orders to take to rooms. We did not have to take a big highway to get there.🥰 The kids loved the bunk room in our room. Beds were comfortable an room was warm. We did have some plumbing issues. But it did not ruin our visit. Pools warm and the kids had a blast. Arcade and extras were expensive. They had free yoga and dance parties. Overall a great place to visit.
