Customer Reviews
Excellent trip with GNPG! Group of 3 people, hit the steep and Deep first day, 2nd day the normal trip. Great ride in the cats up to the terrain and the runs were great! This is our 4th year in the back country and GNPG met all expectations! Highly recommend!
This is the first time I’ve given a one star review. I was given a free cat skiing certificate from my work in January of 2025. I tried contacting Great Northern through January, February, and March. I tried their phone, email, and Instagram 10+ times with no response. I tried all times of day to no avail. When the 25/26 season came around, I tried to contact them again knowing that my certificate was expired but hoping it would be honored since I wasn’t able to book during the 2025 season. I was able to get in contact with them in January of 2026 and the person I talked with was very kind and able to book a trip for me. After booking, I sent a photo of the certificate for confirmation and was rejected via email because the certificate was expired, even though I had explained this in prior
Great time! So much fun I would have probably skipped yurt lunch for more pow lines and snacks in the cat. Great crew or people, Kai is super helpful, and cat was in great shape. The new website to allow booking up to the day before is HUGE. Great way to book when you know it's good. Adding this to the list of Pow trip options. Zones have lots of playful hits, flowy wide open pow fields, well space tree lines and a range of pitches to rip. Overall fantastic cat laps!
Best. Day(s). Ever. Thank you to our guides, the cat drivers, the team who made lunch at the yurt. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fresh powder, fun and felt safe the whole time.
I shared my 30th birthday with the team at Great Northern Powder Guides and it was the best birthday to date! I will get to the terrain in a moment, but the staff where absolutely amazing!!! They made me a cake for my birthday and made sure I had some extra special birthday perks! They went out of their way to make sure everyone had an amazing time! The terrain!!!! WOW! It was amazing!! There were fresh tracks galore! The terrain they have offers something for everyone! There were nice open runs and tree'd runs, as well as, natural drops, jumps and features everywhere! I highly recommend them for your next cat skiing trip and I sure hope to return in the future. Photo Credits to: Abby Dell Photography
