Great Eagle Motel

Woke up eyes red probably due to how unclean this place is smells terrible and a day later I’m sick. Should’ve slept in my car.

Our bathroom was filthy - visible mold, VERY dirty floors/walls/door/sink/mirror/shower (more so than your average cheap motel). I didn’t even shower before leaving because I couldn’t stand being in there. Toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor. Stepped on something sharp in the carpet outside of the bathroom. No heat in the room. Stinky. Bedding questionable. I was desperate for a place to rest my head but would not stay again if given a do-over. I’ve never been so disgusted by a facility - and I stay in $75/night motels pretty frequently. I’m not fussy. This was like nothing I’d seen before.

we came here not really by choice but by we at first thought the price was fair for what we were getting. the staff here consists of one man! there's no room service, no room cleaning, the one same man that works the front desk is consistently, peering out the window at you at all times, making you feel very uncomfortable! your responsible for removal of your own trash .then at or 3rd to last week here, cause we were in between homes with our 5 , 7 and 3 month old, he jacked up the price on usfrom 300 a week to 85$ a night, for this horrible service were not getting ! then to boot the room stinks like cigarettes and mold and mildew, i constantly had to have a can of Lysol and candles going..on top of consistently being harassed daily about when are we moving... this man that owns this plac

Quiet, simple, not expensive. Small rooms are not luxurious. No bathroom extras like shampoo. But there is a refridge, microwave, and TV. The front desk responded quickly to minor needs. No bed bugs. The mattresses are firm, without sags. There are drawers for unpacking. I found it to be good value for the price.

You are better off saving money by pitching a tent in the woods instead of staying at this place. The rooms are smoky, toilets barely flush, toiletries are the cheapest possible with soap that breaks apart and doesn't lather. The owner appears to be senile and can't remember what he told you 5 minutes before, especially on the rate.
