Granny's Farm Bed & Breakfast

We stayed in Suite 6 as requested, and it did turn out to be spacious not just in the size of the bedroom and bathroom with the jacuzzi tub, but also in the use of the basement area including a sink and refrigerator/freezer. |The breakfasts were very good, just the right size and foods frieshly made.

We had a lovely stay at Granny’s Farmhouse while visiting Turkey Run State Park, less than a five-minute drive away. It’s truly in the country, and we loved the peacefulness of the slower pace while we stayed there. The land has been in the same family for five generations. The farmhouse is a Sears and Roebuck house, and all the renovations to make it a B&B have kept the original charm of the house. Every room having its own private bath was a huge bonus for a B&B too! Room 2 upstairs is the only room without an en suite bathroom, but the private bath across the hall is the most spacious bathroom. (Before the house was renovated, it was the only bathroom in the house.) The owners, Sam and Judy, served us a delicious breakfast each morning, and that was really the only time we interacted

Granny's farmhouse was a historic gem in the corn fields! Judy was a gracious and friendly host. We loved the house and all the amenities. If ever in indiana again we will be back to granny's!

I stayed in the original Farmhouse; a beautiful historic home that was greatly modernized. This bedroom and bath were quite roomy and comfortable (plush linens and the good toilet paper!), and the downstairs common areas were very spacy and comfortable. Judy and Sam were very accommodating, and Judy had a wonderful breakfast spread prepared. I enjoyed conversing with them over breakfast, and gave strong recommendations to my relatives in Northern Indiana! The only place to consider if visiting Turkey Run State Park (just a few minutes away).

We spent the weekend there to attend my granddaughter's wedding. Judy and Sam were very welcoming and the farmhouse was great! Loved hearing the history of the farm, made it even more enjoyable. We had a problem with the hot water but Sam took care of it ASAP. We are already talking about doing a family get together there next year. Loved everything about it. Highly recommend!
