Grandview Motel

I moved to Florida less than a month ago for a new job, with no friends or family within 1,200 miles. During this transition, I stayed at Motel 6 and two other motels while searching for the best value. The Grandview Motel is less than 10 minutes from my workplace. Before booking, I read the reviews—most were quite negative. However, something urged me to call and visit in person. After speaking with Richard, I realized he was nothing like what people had described, nor was the facility. I decided to give the motel a chance, and three weeks later, I can confidently say it was the best decision I've made since arriving in Florida. Is it a five-star hotel? Very clean place nice room close to the water

Family oriented. We have our four kids here. Most rooms are families. At night people play corn hole and have a good time. Last night a Sheriff played a game with my brother. It was priceless. Great place.

Unfortunately after staying here my views have changed from my original opinion. Most if not all the rooms have a cockroach problem and the possibility of bedbugs are very high. The price is outrageous for the poor conditions of the room. The only upside to this motel is how close it is to the bus stop and taylor creek commons plaza. I would highly recommend you not stay here unless you have absolutely no where else to go.

This is great place to stay for your penny, The management are good people when you get to know them. They took care of me I stayed here for over 6 months for work and I didn’t have any problems.
