Grand View Inn and Suites

We stayed here for 3 nights on a little staycation. Hotel is very clean, staff is super friendly, and it is in a great location right next to Tanger Outlet Mall. Also, very good room rates. They offer a hot breakfast every morning which is very good. Our only complaint is the beds. The beds are horribly hard. However, after the first night stay, I requested a different room because of the beds and they said all of the beds are the same. They offered us a pillow topper for the bed which definitely helped some. If you stay here, I recommend requesting the mattress topper. The company definitely needs to invest in better mattresses. This is the ONLY reason we are not giving 5 stars. Other than that, this hotel is excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

My family & I was just there 12/26-28 1st few minutes of us being there the ceiling was leaking from the room above us. Ok changed rooms. That night I felt something crawling on me looked it was some type of species I didn't get a chance to see it clearly until after I killed it. After which I noticed it was a bed bug. Now that we have checked out my husband and daughter has multiple bite marks on them that is clearly bed bugs bites. Not to mention the hard beds felt like we were sleeping on straight bricks. Very outdated rooms. The breakfast area was super small we had to eat fast in order for other families to sit down and eat. The only we did not check out that 1st night was because everything was booked. We will not be staying at this hotel AGAIN!

The hotel was clean, the beds was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast is included, and it featured a nice variety of the typical hotel breakfast, but nothing special.|The location is excellent – right next to a Tanger outlet, and only minutes from most of the shows|The Grand View is a basic hotel, not a luxury property. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again

Positive: Clean, and great location. Breakfast was good. Negative: Hardest, worse mattresses I have ever had at any motel, and we travel a lot. my wife and I both did not sleep well.

The rooms are clean, smell clean, and are extremely well maintained. The parking lot can be a hassle when it’s busy and people are going to the outlet. The people are nicer than a family member. Last thing - the beds suck. They really do, and I have no way to sugarcoat it.
