Grand Prix Motel

Very Clean Room, comfortable bed, 40 inch TV with excellent cable package, quiet, family owned and operated with good service and friendly professional Owner! Convenience Stores, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza and Chinese Food right across the street less than 3 minute walk!

Didn’t even know this existed until I found myself in a bind and needed an emergency stay. It’s completely hidden from the road behind an abandoned building. When I approached the closest thing to an identifiable office door (the only other door revealed a trashed kitchen area), the OPEN sign was off and the door was locked, so I knocked. A woman answered and I asked, “Uh, how do I get a room?” She said she’d be right back. When she returned, she asked how many people (just me) and if $65 would be okay. I said yes, but she said she could only accept cash, so I had to turn away. It was all extremely sketchy.

Its a motel that's progressively getting better it could smell cleaner but the Indian gentleman and his wife are extremely nice people and he was working pretty hard to improve things while I stayed. The rooms are much bigger then other local motels but there's no public transportation located next to it. Its tucked away in a nice secluded spot tho. The sizes of the rooms are really nice for the price some motels charge the same as this one does for a room that's a fraction of the size of these ones. With a little work, a petition for a public bus stop, and slightly cheaper prices this could become one of the better motels in the area I liked it because it was secluded, private, and surrounded by a lot of lush green foliage.

Such hospitality!! The bar and restaurant were just as expected, clean, quick and GREAT pub food!! The bar staff, especially "Alicia" the Bartender, she was so warm and funny.. we were there on a karaoke night...so much fun!! The accommodations were as expected, and the staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Small place behind Governor's Taphouse. You drive through the gas station property to get there. No soap, shampoo, tissues, etc. provided. Bring your own. One set of stained towels for 2 people. Most renters seem to be long term. Not cleaned. Stay here if you must, but we opted out of our second night's stay. The owners/managers of this motel (?) need training for housekeeping and maintenance.
