Grand Plaza Hotel & Conference Center

The Plaza is a beautiful hotel located a block or two off of the strip which allows easy access to all the main stree activities and back road less traffic routes of travel. It is about walf way doen the strip as well which again provides access to most locations in a reasonable time. The king suites have hottubs in the main bedroom area and still have ample room. The double rooms are also very roomy and well done. The new owners are truly wonderful people with a heart for service. They have redone the rooms, beds, and all the other fixtures/furnishings. Although, I didn't experience the breakfast, I hear its fantastic. They also have several large conference rooms. So if you are looking for a large work venue or just a great hotel, Plaza is the place for you.

Staying at the Grand Plaza was such a blessing for us. It was our first time here, and it truly became one of our favorite hotels in Branson. The staff made everything feel comfortable and welcoming, and having the Tanger Outlets right next door made Black Friday so convenient, we could shop and come right back to relax. We’ll definitely be choosing this place again.

I'm pretty picky about pillows, linens, matrresses and the shower experience. 5 star for all 4! This hotel was closed for over a year and then sold. New owners have done massive renovations and are still renovating. The building is beautiful with new furniture, classic and tasteful. The view is stunning! I cannot overstate the value for the experience. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that don't have rooms as nice. That being said, I wasn't really upset about the pool/ fitness room being closed. The breakfast was not great, too. But if you're looking for a clean,comfortable room at a great price, this is a great choice. I'll stay here again. Shoot out to Mike at the front desk. I am in Branson with my granddaughter celebrating her 13th birthday. We made reservations at Grand Plaza a couple of weeks before arriving. We were told at check in that the hotel has been closed for 2 years and they just opened again not even a month ago. I was ok with that and the desk staff who were the owners were very nice. The first thing my granddaughter wanted to do was look at the pool. The pictures in the ads were beautiful so we were both excited to swim only to find out the pool is closed for renovations as is the gym. We were so disappointed and my poor granddaughter was so teary with disappointment. I feel that they were dishonest by not telling us or putting it on the website that the pool and gym weren't available for use. They should have disclosed this information

Excellent location in a quiet area, with the Tanger Outlet just next door. Easy access without dealing with Highway 76 traffic. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay better than any other hotel we’ve tried in Branson. The value is outstanding. Branson can have its challenges with hotels and traffic, but the Grand Plaza has solved them for our friends and family. This will always be our first choice in Branson. Great value!
