Grand Oaks Hotel

Mother/daughter getaway, stayed 3 nights. Had adjoining rooms which was awesome. It was like having a two bedroom suite. Front desk staff were really nice and worked with us to get adjoining rooms. Stayed in 1st building with indoor pool. Large selection of breakfast food in morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. Big breakfast space that overflowed into lobby. Indoor wasn't heated but was nice on last night, soothed aching body after all the walking we did. Beds were super comfy, wish I had similar mattress. Rooms were cleaned well. TV, air-conditioning and mini fridge worked. Didn't use microwave. Limited lighting in rooms though.

Great facility and customer service, clean rooms. Good location. Our large church group was allowed to use their awesome large breakfast room during breakfast off hours. Good hot breakfast, well maintained.Ran by Christian people. Definitely will be back again! Thanks Kathy!

Positive: Conveniently located near all touristy things in Branson. Two pools with late swimming hours, one indoor and one outdoor though they are in two separate buildings. Negative: The bathroom was very small, could barely close the door after stepping in as an average sized person. One tile by the sink was not level and I kept stubbing my toe. The breakfast was mediocre, the eggs are really bad.

A decent hotel for the price we paid. Just a standard hotel, service was good. Breakfast is small but get the job done and it was good. Only thing I can suggest is putting in some more lights at the pool.

We stayed in the second building on the first floor and our room was disguising. There was black mold in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, and when we walked in it smelled like cat urine. We had the room booked for two nights but barely made it through the first night before checking out. The front staff were great and the cleaners were clearly doing their best they could but the second building is gross. The first building seemed nicer but we did not stay there.
