Please remove this option as short stay. Please let the booking companies know not to schedule. This is a place for long term stay, not a motel for a night or 2. Please help me get my refund.

I have never stayed in a hotel as awful as this one. We were only going to be in Moorhead for one night, so we figured we'd save money and stay at an economy hotel. It smelled awful. In the first room they put us, the toilet was dirty on the rim, the lid, everywhere - mold and dirt. So they put us in a different room. It smelled awful. The refrigerator wasn't on, so we turned it on and opened it to put water and pop in there - we almost fell over from the smell that came out of there. The counter and sink were also filthy - the manager came in and cleaned some things up but it was still gross. No water pressure in the shower and the water smelled too. DO NOT consider staying at this hotel just to save a few bucks. I can't even believe it's in business considering how filthy everything was.

5 stars not for the quality but just to explain. Half the complaints coming in relate to this not being a 'hotel' anymore but a workforce housing solution still taking hotel like reservations. It's more like a man camp for the oil fields now in that regard. If they were more clear about this change in branding and demographics (Temporary Workforce Housing is the name now on the sign) the reviews would be kinder. Rooms and linens are clean, bathrooms are old and rough around the corners. Hotel is ancient, but as long as that's transparent that is an argument for ROI and price points and such. If your familiar with local hotels, this would be something like The El Rancho or The Vegas mini chains to the west side of North Dakota/Montana, facilities not really aimed at comfort traveling public

After staying there for almost six months I can honestly say I would recommend this hotel as a welcome change in the low budget, pet friendly, category. The staff is warm and welcoming. They are willing to help with any needs within reason, including fax and mail capabilities. The rooms are clean and fresh and the beds are comfortable. The lobby is bright and beautiful with a microwave for guest use and free coffee around the clock. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Singh and his awesome establishment. Thank you for making myself and my family feel welcome, safe, and at home

Disappointing. We came at 3:00 p.m. to check in, and had to wait for a guy at the front desk until 4:30, and no one was answering the phone. The guy was barely friendly and totally indifferent. Hotel feels like sloppy place, the room was clean and okay though
