Rooms where very dusty as if they weren't cleaned since the last stay. The Receptionist who check us in was very passive aggressively rude. When we made our reservation we told them 2 adults and 1 dog for two nights when the reservation was set we where emailed our total due including taxes, when we got there to check in and pay the lady asked us if we brought our dog then instead of confirmed the price change from what we where emailed they charged us extra for the dog when to my understanding everything was set over the phone and emailed to me then they change it last minute with out telling us it wasnt a big price difference but i have never heard of anyone changingprice with out notice first. Nice enough room. Check out clerk was nice. Check in clerk was confused about handicapped parking. She held a spot for a truck and boat without a placard. When I parked in that spot initially the driver of the truck told me that was his spot. I told him he could not park there without a placard and went inside to check in where I was informed by the clerk that they had blocked it off for him. When I informed her that it is part of the ADA law and that she didn't have the right to have a non handicapped park there she gave me the whatever shrug. I left for a bit to come back later to find the truck parked there. I called the police and left a message and the next morning told the clerk they should contact the truck owner and have him move it or face a 250.00 fine. Followed up with the polic

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I could need—a coffee pot, microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron, and even a small computer. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax after a long day. What really stood out to me was the service. Since I would miss the 7:30 AM continental breakfast, the staff kindly provided me with a to-go breakfast item the evening before, ensuring I wouldn’t go without. Brenda, in particular, was incredibly sweet and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is now my top choice for work-related travel. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean and met our needs. We were in town to visit some family and stayed here as it was more reasonably priced than some of the other motels in the area. The rooms were small but the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was great for us as we ate in the room. The air conditioner was very loud but it cooled the room down well. The wifi worked well. The front desk staff were nice at breakfast. I appreciated the price quote included all taxes. So there were no surprises at checkout.
