Granby Motel

READ please . So the people are nice here an the place was quite on a Friday . But the place is the worst place cosmetically I have ever stayed . As soon as I open the door it had a very strong smell bad . I was to tired to drive to a different place . So the sheets are in bad condition the rug is bad . Then their is a rug for flooring in the bathroom an I’m pretty sure it has mold in it . I took some pics to . Also bed sheets had existing hairs In their . I found these small black bugs in the towels . I only write this to educate who stay here . I would of loved to of seen a recent review before . Yes I know it was a $75 nightly motel but it should of been $35 for these conditions. Fortunately I was able to sleep with the window open to just get some zzz and get through the night . Sorry

I booked a room here as an overnight point between the Berkshires and NYC. This property is located near the Massachusetts "pocket" - an area of the state that dips below the usual border with Connecticut. The area has nice roads to explore "quintessential New England" although there isn't much to do except maybe Six Flags, which is about 15 miles from the property.||||This motel is super sketchy. The owner is a very pleasant gentleman; however, calling the room I was given substandard would perhaps count as my act of kindness for today.||||The rooms here are dark and have not been renovated since the 60s. The motel advertises itself as nonsmoking but there were two huge ashtrays on a coffee table and a STRONG smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There was a glue trap in the middle o

Rooms are cozy. I paid a weekly rate to stay here for about 3 months while looking for an apartment. This place was perfect. Large refrigerator. 2 electric stove burners. Kitchen sink and a good sized closet. I love the quiet area. Fun antique and country stores nearby. Very comfortable. Very nice owners.

Owners are super nice, quietest motel I've ever stayed at. It's an older motel and in some ways it shows its years... but it's well kept as far as maintenance. Full double sided fridge, oven, stove top and sink in the double room we stayed in. If you're looking for the Ritz this isn't going to satisfy you, but if you want a place to rest in peace and quiet... This is it.

Disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy broken utilities, bugs everywhere. Did not stay, found another place 20 minutes away. Manager said he checked it after we left and saw nothing wrong. Couldn't get pictures of the tiny bugs scurrying behind the bed. Housekeeping came in after they gave us the key and spread baby powder everywhere??? Pretty sure they are bed bugs...🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮
