PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING This company completely ruined our entire trip! My wife and I walked into an apartment without air conditioning, and it smelled like animal urine and pet hair everywhere. Every time we sat on the living room furniture, we had animal hair all over us! Make sure to bring a lint roller. We called them several times to address the issue, but they kept telling us they were going to fix it but never did. On the second day, after making multiple calls and they assured me someone would reach out, but never did, I finally got an email saying that their cleaning crew was coming to clean, but that never happened. Seaarch first for reviews on this rental company, expensive unit at Monte Carlo Condominium. Bad customer service, no interest at all on you once you check in...unit missing essential things they told you to have for your stay.

Terrible customer service. They refuse to give me money back on two apartments I can no longer attend due to a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. They only care about the money not basic ethics.

I got a huge suite here for one week. I had to cancel because of Covid. It was for thousands of dollars. They did not refund me a penny.
