Glasbern - A Historic Hotel of America

I had the most beautiful wedding here at the Glasbern in June. However, I will warn those who are planning a wedding here that the night before my wedding I learned that there was another wedding the same day. (totally fine I was just told in April that I was the only one that day). But then later when my bridesmaids went down to ask more about when it was for logistics, the glasbern said they were going to ask me (the bride) if the other wedding could use my covered wedding venue spot I think 30 minutes before my wedding since it may start raining. That means supposedly my guests would have had to wait in the lobby area at the bottom of the hill before climbing up the stairs exactly as my wedding started. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and spacious lower level Packhouse suite we stayed in for 2 nights. If you like to spread out and have extra space for your stuff, these rooms are good for that. Packhouse suites face west and make for lovely sunsets.|The in room jacuzzi tub was a great size and easy to use. In room fireplace was a nice touch and gave the warm ambiance you want for a romantic getaway.|Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were superb. Not a bad bite during appetizer and main course. Sprawling property grounds were hilly and a good workout.|Well maintained grassy trails were peaceful to walk. All staff we interacted with were wonderful too. Danielle and Mckenzie were very helpful and accommodating. Stay here and you will be glad you did.

Our stay at Glasbern Inn was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We stayed in a beautiful room with a hot tub that perfectly blended elegance and rustic charm. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what you hope for in a countryside getaway. What truly surprised me was how reasonably priced the room was considering all the amenities included. A luxury experience without the luxury price tag. The on-site dining was just as impressive. The dinner was perfect — delicious, generously portioned, and moderately priced. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. And the views? Simply spectacular. We stayed at The Packhouse at Glasbern on February 1st. The property is absolutely beautiful the scenery is breathtaking and makes for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, but they were resolved promptly and professionally. I especially want to thank McKenzie for her support and kindness, and Gary for his quick response and fast resolution. Their exceptional customer service made all the difference and showed how much they truly care about their guests. Because of the outstanding service and the beauty of the property, we will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely beautiful!! Our room was perfect had a beautiful hot tub in the room . Steenery was gorgeous. I can't wait to go back in the spring summer months I could old imagine how beautiful the sky is gonna be ! Dinner there was amazing as well ..ill upload pictures shortly .I learned as well if you book directly with them you get a better rate . PLUS so many other rooms I didn't know were available. Now I know to call them directly!
